1) Ordering: Please be sure to e-mail us first to confirm the availability of the
item(s) you wish to order! Include the manufacturer, figure series, pose, color, and quantity you need. Items will be sold on a first
come, first served basis. Items are generally held for 10 days after we've confirmed the order, and may be sold to the next customer
after that. Exceptions may be made for special cases.
2) Shipping: Shipping in the United States will be by Priority Mail, and costs $4.00 unless the order is larger or heavier
than usual. Shipping will be quoted for your specific order.
3) Payment: Payment may be made by money order or personal check, although personal checks require at least 10 days
to clear before we can ship. Currencies other than U.S. dollars may require extra bank fees, but not necessarily. Our address is
below, and payment may be made out to Collin Van Zelfden.
4) Trades & Discounts: We are always happy to trade for items we need, see our Wanted
section for details. Discounts may also be available for large orders –– make an offer! Of course, everyone on our free
Mailing List gets a 10% discount off of every order, as well as other benefits –– take a look for
complete details!
5) Returns: Items may be returned for a refund less a 5% restocking fee if you contact us within 10 days after the
package arrives. Returned items must be in the same condition as when we sent them, and shipping is not refundable. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping. Do not ship before writing and receiving approval for the return. We expect all items to be fairly
described and as advertised, and we will do our best to make sure you're completely satisfied!
