The young Dave Walters was being held in jail at Snake River for a murder he did not commit. Egged on by the infamous Steve Delaney, a group of men was heading out to the jail –– to lynch young Dave.

       The Lone Ranger, suspicious of a possible lynching, headed swiftly toward Snake River with Tonto in a race to beat the mob to the jail and free Dave....

     Soon Delaney has the townfolk looking for both the Lone Ranger and Walters. Can the Lone Ranger keep the boy out of sight, protect himself, and find the real murderer?
